14. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once production has started or the order has shipped.

Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom products due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect customer input, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or change of mind.
